• Export your data

  In Ayme, open Profile and choose Export diary or Export weigh-ins. You get a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet.

• Delete your account

  Open Profile › Account › Delete account. It deletes your account. Your diary stays on your phone until you delete the app.

• Turn off the AI coach

  Open Profile › Coach and switch off sharing with the coach’s AI. Everything else keeps working.

• Restore on a new phone

  Ayme comes back with your iPhone’s own iCloud backup: set up the new iPhone from that backup and your diary is there.
